These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") are entered into between the user ("Player," "you," "your") and starph.com ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at starphcom.app.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by starph.com, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the starph.com platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the site. If you are accessing starph.com on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the starph.com platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. starph.com reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The starph.com platform is intended for residents of the Philippines. Players must confirm that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction of residence before creating an account. starph.com bears no liability for a player's failure to verify their local legal status.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active player account on starph.com. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or a shared device — is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

2.4 Registration Requirements. When creating an account, you must provide:

• A valid and active email address exclusively accessible by you
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name
• Your accurate date of birth (confirming you are 21+)
• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID
• A strong and unique account password

2.5 Accuracy of Information. All registration information must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your starph.com account credentials, including your registered email address, mobile number, and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify starph.com customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. starph.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether such activity was authorized by you or not, unless you have promptly notified starph.com of unauthorized access and cooperated with the subsequent investigation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). starph.com is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA, RA 9160 as amended) to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds.

3.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. starph.com will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity administrative fee. The applicable fee and procedures are detailed in the Platform FAQ.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. starph.com currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents:

4.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds transferred from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. starph.com reserves the right to hold or return deposits where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawals are processed after completion of KYC verification. starph.com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ₱50,000.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on starph.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). starph.com bears no liability for currency conversion charges that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR regulations, starph.com actively monitors transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities. Players must not use starph.com for any money laundering, structuring, or illicit fund transfer activity.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available by starph.com are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General eligibility requirements include: (a) holding a fully verified starph.com account; (b) meeting the minimum qualifying deposit requirement; and (c) not being subject to any account restriction at the time of the qualifying action.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and expiry period are stated on each bonus offer page. Players are responsible for reviewing these conditions before claiming any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular gameplay patterns, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other techniques that starph.com reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in: (a) immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus; (b) forfeiture of any winnings derived from abusive play; and (c) potential permanent account suspension.

5.4 One Bonus Per Account. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account. Attempts to claim a single-use bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games offered through starph.com that rely on random outcomes use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The integrity and randomness of game outcomes are regularly audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. starph.com does not manipulate, adjust, or override game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on starph.com are hosted by certified third-party studios operating under their own gaming licenses. The rules of each live table game are governed by the studio provider and are displayed within the game interface. By participating in live dealer games, you agree to be bound by the studio provider's applicable game rules.

6.3 Voided Games. starph.com reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of a technical malfunction, software error, human error, or breach of these Terms. In the event of a voided game, the original wager amount will be returned to your starph.com wallet. No additional compensation beyond the original wager will be provided.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply to certain games and game categories on starph.com. These limits are displayed within each game's information panel. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for a given game session may be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the displayed winning outcome.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using starph.com. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, gain unfair gameplay advantage, or circumvent security systems
• Engaging in collusion with other players to coordinate outcomes in multi-player games, including live poker or multiplayer table games
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the starph.com platform software or its underlying game engines
• Using the platform to launder money, structure financial transactions, or otherwise evade Philippine financial compliance regulations
• Allowing or facilitating access to your starph.com account by any person under 21 years of age
• Making abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at starph.com staff or other players
• Exploiting identified software bugs or technical errors rather than reporting them to starph.com support

8.1 Platform Ownership. The starph.com platform, including but not limited to its website design, layout, user interface, graphics, text content, proprietary software, and brand assets (including the starph.com name, logo, and related marks), is the exclusive intellectual property of starph.com and its licensors.

8.2 Limited License. starph.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any element of the starph.com platform without prior written consent from starph.com. Unauthorized use of starph.com intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and applicable international law.

9.1 Commitment. starph.com is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We recognize that gambling can pose a risk of harm to some individuals, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously under our PAGCOR license conditions.

9.2 Player Tools. starph.com provides every registered player with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits per session or time period
• Session time reminders and alerts
• Temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 months)
• Permanent self-exclusion from the platform
• Reality check notifications during extended gameplay sessions

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Any player may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting starph.com customer support or activating the self-exclusion tool directly in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, and starph.com will cease all promotional communications to the excluded player.

9.4 Minor Protection. It is a violation of these Terms for any account holder to permit a person under 21 years of age to access or use their starph.com account. Account holders with minor children are advised to take appropriate precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their account.

10.1 Platform Availability. starph.com provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

10.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the total aggregate liability of starph.com to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their starph.com account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses. starph.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for: (a) loss of profits, winnings, or revenue; (b) loss of data or goodwill; (c) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; or (d) any loss arising from the player's own breach of these Terms, regardless of whether starph.com was advised of the possibility of such loss.

10.4 Force Majeure. starph.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, network infrastructure failure, cyberattacks, or PAGCOR regulatory directives.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your starph.com account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure is finalized, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC verification. Pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements that have not been completed will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Termination by starph.com. starph.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, collusion, or cheating; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; (d) direction from PAGCOR or other regulatory authority; or (e) account inactivity exceeding applicable thresholds.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. starph.com will determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether any remaining account balance is payable following termination, taking into account the circumstances of termination and applicable regulatory requirements.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the starph.com platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Regulatory Jurisdiction. starph.com operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. Player complaints regarding regulated gaming activity may be submitted to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels, in addition to or instead of direct dispute resolution with starph.com.

12.3 Dispute Process. Before initiating formal legal proceedings or filing a regulatory complaint, you agree to contact starph.com customer support to attempt good-faith resolution of the dispute. starph.com will respond to formally submitted disputes within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may pursue available legal remedies under Philippine law.

12.4 Venue. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms that are not resolved through negotiation or regulatory channels shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13.1 Right to Amend. starph.com reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players through a notification displayed upon login and, where contact information is available, by email to the registered address.

13.2 Effect of Amendments. Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication at starphcom.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13.3 Archived Versions. Previous versions of these Terms are retained by starph.com for regulatory record-keeping purposes. Players may request a copy of a prior version by contacting customer support.
